DO I HAVE TO BE A PAGAN TO RECEIVE YOUR SERVICES?
Absolutely NOT. I welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds to receive my products and services. Pagans don't believe in proselytizing, so I do ask for the same respect in return.
I HEARD YOU DO EXORCISMS. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE IF ONE IS NEEDED? WHEN YOU DECIDE IT IS NEEDED, WILL YOU TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION OR DO YOU SEND SOMEONE ELSE?
That is a wonderful question. The Rite of Exorcism is one of the most extreme measures taken to banish very strong and evil entities. Therefore, they can be very dangerous for everyone involved. In order for me to decide whether Exorcism is appropriate is based on the evidence provided. When requested to perform and Exorcism, I require a full paranormal investigation to be conducted that are completely separate from me. I cannot have anything to do with that investigation due to conflict of interest, therefore it is up to you to research paranormal investigators, psychologists and mental health professionals in your area. Substantiated evidence of paranormal activity must be presented prior to me taking an Exorcism case. When I decide that enough substantial evidence has been presented, I will travel to the location.
ARE YOU A MEMBER OF A COVEN?
Yes, I am a member of a Coven. I am the Founder and Tradition Head of Black Rose Wicca, and the High Priest of the Black Rose Coven. However, due to my oath, I cannot provide you with names of members, the location of the covenstead, or the private matters brought up. If you are looking for groups/covens to join, your best bet would be to research your area.
WHAT MAILING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
I currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as my shipper. I can only provide my products to residents of the United States at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
I have the strict policy of All Sales are Final. I am a professional in everything I do and take my work very serious. All of my products are carefully packed to ensure that nothing is damaged. After previously issuing refunds for services, and then realizing I was lied to each time because they wanted a free service or product from me, I no longer issue refunds or allow returns.
DO YOU SELL OUR PRIVATE INFORMATION?
I am a stickler for confidentiality. I am also a legal professional and take the philosophy of client/customer confidentiality serious. I do however, have a legal obligation to cooperate with legitimate warrants and court subpoenas/orders regarding my records, but will diligently protect the privacy of my clients/customers unrelated to the legal issue.
